If you are not able to attend this event, you must notify us in writing at help@aana.com. The cancellation fee schedule is listed below:
- Until March 25: 20% of registration/ticketed fee; remainder will be refunded
- March 26 – April 10: 50% of registration/ticketed fee; remainder will be refunded
- Beginning April 11: NO REFUNDS will be given

New Workshops—New Skills
Add a workshop to your MYA 2025 registration and earn even more Class A CE. Both workshops take place Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 8 a.m.–12:45 p.m. (ET).
Advocacy at the State Level (4 Class A CE): Join us for a workshop focused on issues pertinent to advocacy in your state. Learn from other nurse anesthesiology leaders with expertise in state advocacy and apply their knowledge when you return home.
- $250 registration fee
Reimbursement Policy & Strategies (4 Class A CE): This workshop is designed with all CRNAs/nurse anesthesiologists in mind — including those who do their own billing and those with limited or no reimbursement experience. We’ll dive into the basics of reimbursement and some of the hot topics applicable to CRNAs/nurse anesthesiologists, including:
- Basics of reimbursement
- Billing for services at critical access hospitals
- Overview of the American Medical Association/Specialty Society Relative Value Scale Update Committee (RUC) and CPT Editorial processes that drive payment and reimbursement
- Medicare teaching rules
RRNAs who want to learn more for their future careers are also encouraged to attend.
