May 16, 2024

Christina Blair, MSN, CRNA, age 50, of Canton, Massachusetts, a beacon of love and selflessness, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2024, at Accent Care Hospice in Milton, Massachusetts, surrounded by her adoring family.

Born in Queens, New York, Christina’s life was a testament to her boundless courage and dedication to those she held dear. A cherished resident of Canton, she was the beloved wife of Joshua Blair and the proud mother of two sons, Brayden and Jordan Blair. She was the daughter of Mona Edme of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and the late Joseph Ceres-Longchamp. Her warmth and nurturing spirit extended to her siblings, Pauline Suttle of Florida and Ulrick Longchamp of Fall River, with whom she shared an unbreakable bond.

Christina’s academic journey began at Another Course to College in Hyde Park, and her passion for learning and helping others propelled her to Emmanuel College in Boston. Her pursuit of excellence did not stop there; she went on to earn her master’s as a nurse anesthetist from Southern Connecticut State University. Professionally, Christina dedicated many years of her life as a CRNA at BMC, Faulkner, Beth Israel Milton, and most recently Mass. General Brigham West in Waltham. Her colleagues and patients knew her as a pillar of strength and compassion, always ready to lend a helping hand and a listening ear. Her work was not just a job; it was a calling that she fulfilled with grace and professionalism.

Beyond her career, Christina’s interests painted a picture of a woman who loved life and cherished every moment. She was an avid fitness enthusiast, often found riding her Peloton, where she forged lasting friendships and shared in the joy of healthy living and competitive spirit. Yet, her devotion to her career never overshadowed her most precious role as a mother. Christina reveled in the time spent with her family, attending her boys’ sporting events and creating memories that would last a lifetime. The words loving, selfless, and courageous only begin to scratch the surface of Christina’s character. Her love knew no bounds, her selflessness was limitless, and her courage in the face of adversity was inspiring. She was a source of strength for her family, a guiding light for her friends, and a gentle soul to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Christina Blair’s legacy is one of unwavering love and selfless acts of kindness. Her life was a beautiful tapestry woven with the threads of devotion, resilience, and joy. She will be deeply missed by all, but her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she touched. As we bid farewell to Christina, we celebrate her life and the immeasurable impact she made on the world. She departed from this earth leaving behind a legacy of love that will continue to resonate through the lives of her family and all who were blessed to know her. Her memory will be cherished and kept alive through the stories and laughter shared by those who loved her most.
