By RRNAs, For RRNAs. The Resident Roundtable is an open and judgment-free online peer-to-peer support session related to the RRNA experience and other topics affecting RRNAs. A Clinical Case Manager from the Indiana Professionals Recovery Program (IPRP) will lead the session with RRNA panel members from the AANA Wellness Committee. The session will provide education and an opportunity for attendees to share their experiences.
By registering for this session, you understand and agree to the following: This supportive peer group will not engage in psychological or healthcare advice, diagnosis, treatment, or recommendations for any individual or situation. If feelings or symptoms affect your ability to function, please seek services from licensed mental health professionals. Visit www.aana.com/askforhelp for information on when, where, and how to address mental health needs.
Speak to your own experience. Remember, these conversations are not confidential but are intended to create a safe space for open dialogue. Please honor and respect the privacy of all individuals and do not share identifiable information about others. Please be sure to comply at all times with the HIPAA Privacy Rule and related laws. These groups are not recorded. Because this forum doesn’t have a gatekeeper, please be aware individuals other than RRNAs may be present. This is not stated to inhibit sharing feelings and experiences, which is encouraged, but to be mindful of the surroundings.
