She received the Helen Lamb Award (2019) and the Program Director of the Year Award (2008).

COL Young (John) Yauger is the Executive Director of TriService Nursing Research Program. TSNRP is responsible for funding, training, and disseminating nursing research and Evidenced-Based Practice in the entire DoD.
